Jason Gates is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fortivo Property Services, bringing together more than 17 years of executive leadership, risk management expertise, and a lifelong foundation in the construction and rebuilding industry. Known for his steady guidance, white-glove client service, and passion for helping people rebuild after unexpected disasters, Jason leads Fortivo with a commitment to excellence, transparency, and care.

Growing up around construction, Jason developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the responsibility that comes with being trusted to remediate, restore, or rebuild someone’s home or business. That early hands-on exposure evolved into a professional career centered on engaging and serving clients, providing top-notch delivery, leading people, building and strengthening processes and systems, and managing complex, high-stakes projects. Before launching Fortivo, Jason led large-scale national programs at an international leading consulting firm, managing $120M+ engagements, directing teams of more than 160 professionals, and advising clients on risk mitigation, operational transformation, and long-term resilience.

Throughout his career, Jason built a reputation for running highly coordinated, multi-disciplinary operations — skills that translate directly into the restoration and property-services world, where there are countless moving parts, tight timelines, and clients experiencing some of the most stressful moments of their lives. His experience in risk, program management, and strategic planning gives Fortivo a strong foundation of disciplined process, proactive communication, client engagement, and results-driven execution.
